Users represent they have all rights to posted Materials, including necessary consents and authorizations. Materials must not violate intellectual property rights or contain threatening, harassing, libelous, false, defamatory, offensive, or obscene material. Users represent they are truthful about identity and authorization to submit Materials.

Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. Email Pulse is not responsible for the availability of any such websites. Email Pulse is not responsible or liable for any such websites or the content thereon.
6. Downloading Files
Email Pulse cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection by software viruses or other harmful computer code, files or programs.
7. Disclaimers; Limitations of Liability
Liability is limited to one hundred dollars ($100) in aggregate.

Submission of Notification Requirements
- Physical or electronic signature of authorized person
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s)
- Identification of infringing material with location information
- Complaining party contact information
- Good faith belief statement
- Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury
Counter Notification
Alleged infringers may contest claims with a written Counter Notification including: physical or electronic signature, material identification and prior location, good faith belief of mistake or misidentification statement, name, address, telephone, and jurisdiction consent statement.
Email Pulse will provide a copy to the Complaining Party and inform of replacement or re-enabling within ten business days, replacing material within ten to fourteen business days unless legal action notice is received.
