Pricing questions

What is an eToken? +
An eToken is the universal billing unit used across all Email Pulse services. It unifies usage measurement for InMail Shop product streams, AI agents, and Pulse orchestration. Instead of billing features separately, all value-generating activity is measured in eTokens.
What happens when my eTokens run out? +
On the Free plan, your service pauses until the next cycle or until you upgrade. On paid plans, you can set up auto recharge to refill your balance automatically, or wait for your monthly allocation to renew. You are always in control.
Can I see my eToken usage in real time? +
Yes. Your available eToken balance and usage are clearly displayed in the upper-right corner of the app at all times. No hidden usage. No delayed surprises.
Do I need to pay for all three products separately? +
No. All plans include access to AI Genie, InMail Shop, and Pulse. eTokens are shared across all three products. You pay based on total usage, not per product.
Is there a long-term commitment? +
No. The Monthly Plan is month-to-month. The Service Pack has no subscription at all. You can start, pause, or stop at any time.
Is the free trial really free? +
Yes. The Starter plan includes 500 eTokens with no credit card required. You can test InMail Shop, AI Genie, and Pulse orchestration with zero financial commitment. eTokens only start counting after the system is live and delivering value.
What is enterprise pricing? +
