AI assistants generate answers but do not understand your marketing data or run workflows on their own. AI Genie provides domain knowledge, data access, and operational infrastructure that turn AI insights into automation agents that run continuously.
How does AI Genie connect to Klaviyo? +
AI Genie connects to Klaviyo through the Klaviyo API. The AI Operating System processes this data to generate actionable insights and enable automation agents. No separate MCP connection is required.
Does AI Genie replace Klaviyo's Claude or ChatGPT apps? +
No. You can use Klaviyo's AI apps for conversational analysis. AI Genie builds on top of that by combining AI assistants with the AI Operating System to create automation agents that run continuously.
